Blue Cross Blue Shield has hired Mile7 to conduct several usability studies around the country. Study participants have spanned the range from 3rd graders to practicing physicians.
Deliverables
Along the way, Mile7 has provided complete services:

- developing recruitment screeners,
- coordinating participant recruitment,
- lining up facilities,
- delivering top line reports within 24 hours and
- presenting full reports within a week.
