Challenge
Consumer Cellular markets and sells cell phones, accessories, and service plans. Unlike typical tier one providers, Consumer Cellular offers a carefully selected set of phones and a set of very cost-effective plans — all with no contracts.
Over the last several years, Mile7 has produced three websites for this client. This most recent version leverages best practice approaches in presentation, from the design of the shopping cart, through the Support section, and on to My Account.
Result
The combination of website plus landing pages is helping to raise online conversion rates. Other benefits include a decrease in support calls, allowing the people in the call center to focus more on sales. A note: Abandoned cart function allows dramatic improvement in conversion for return visitors.

Cross-linking between information pages and shopping pages promotes a softer approach to selling, with plenty or resources available and clear paths to conversion.
