Challenge
Design a straightforward, maintainable site for McAfee Customer Service and Technical Support for Home and Home Office. Reflect the corporate brand in an approachable and friendly context. Ensure that customers have access to best-in-class information BEFORE they pick up the phone.
Result
Mile7 delivered site design (refined through usability testing) and presentation code to the McAfee development team. Key areas of interest were branding and associated visual and layout elements, along with task analysis and information architecture.

Self-help processes are prescribed in the vertical sidebars and illustrated with icons. Fee-based support is called out as different to lower approachability.
