Usability Testing

Usability is all about ensuring your customers have a positive experience. And the most reliable path to that positive reaction is through usability testing. Customers want to use an online product or service as quickly and easily as they can, with a minimum of frustration. Put another way, a design that's not backed up by usability testing is a design that's sure to disappoint. And disappointed customers don't stick around.

Our usability engineers are equal partners with our designers. We offer stand-alone usability services as well as usability that's fully integrated into our design and accessibility projects. To ensure optimum results, we begin our user testing early in the design process. These usability tests can be simple or complex, and may be performed in a lab or remotely, with many people observing or no one observing.
